JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” launches annual survey

Joint Stock Company “Ukrzaliznytsia” has launched an annual survey of shippers, which is anonymous.

The survey to determine the level of customer satisfaction in 2024 will run from January 21 to February 3, 2025.

The responses will be summarized without customer disaggregation and provided to the management of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” for making management decisions to improve the quality of service.
