Mandatory Submission of Statistical and Financial Reports Reinstated!

Amendments to Clause 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of the Interests of Reporting Entities and Other Documents During Martial Law or a State of War”, introduced by the Law of Ukraine dated June 18, 2025, No. 4505-IX “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine to Expand Patient Access to Medicinal Products Procured by an Authorized Procurement Entity in the Healthcare Sector Through Managed Entry Agreements”, have entered into force.

According to these amendments, despite the ongoing martial law, the mandatory submission of statistical and financial reporting to the state statistical authorities has been reinstated.

This means that:

– Submission of reporting is once again mandatory for all enterprises, institutions, organizations, and entrepreneurs involved in national statistical surveys;

– If reports were not submitted for previous periods (2022–2025), they must now be submitted within three months — by October 5, 2025;

– Deadlines for submitting reports for current periods of this year have also been reinstated, in accordance with the Calendar of Submission of State Statistical Survey Forms and Financial Reporting for 2025.
