On Government Plans

On September 6, 2025, during a meeting with entrepreneurs in the Zakarpattia region, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliya Svyrydenko announced that the Government intends to abolish the mandatory signing of the Certificate of Completed Works as a prerequisite for cashless payment for services. This measure is expected to facilitate cooperation between Ukrainian companies and their European business partners.
