On the Draft Government Action Program

On 18 August 2025, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine presented the Draft Government Action Program, which outlines proposals across key areas of government policy. The presentation of the Draft Program took place with the participation of Members of Parliament, sectoral civil society organizations, experts, and analytical centers.

The Draft Program identifies four pillars or strategic directions of change – Security, Economy, Dignity, and Recovery, which form the foundation for further reforms.

The practical implementation of these reforms is reflected in 12 key priorities, covering major policy areas for 2025–2026, each with step-by-step implementation plans and performance indicators. These priorities are:

• Anti-Corruption Policy
• Well-being
• Veteran Policy
• Macroeconomics and Reforms
• Business
• Health and Sports
• Education and Science
• Recovery
• Culture
• Winter Stability
