On the public reporting of the Head of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine

On February 21, 2025, the Head of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine O.V. Kucher presented a public report on the main results of the agency’s activities in implementing the state regulatory policy, deregulation, state supervision (control), licensing and permitting system in the field of economic activity in 2024, as well as on the priority tasks for 2025.
The report provided indicators of regulatory activities of central executive authorities and local governments, analysis of draft regulatory acts for the presence of regulatory norms and reports on tracking the effectiveness of regulatory acts, support for the activities of the Expert and Appeal Council on Licensing at the SRS, etc.
