Once Again on the Resumption of State Supervision (Control) Measures in the Subsoil Use Sector

On June 2, 2025, the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine published on its official website a revised version of the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amending the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 303 dated March 13, 2022.”

The updated draft resolution provides for the resumption of both scheduled and unscheduled state supervision (control) measures to monitor compliance by business entities with legislative requirements in the field of geological exploration and rational subsoil use.

The Association recalls that the previous draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, published on the website of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil on February 26 and revised on March 26, 2025, concerned only scheduled inspections of business entities classified as high-risk.
