One more renaming of the ministry. Will it be better?

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine renamed the Ministry of Community, Territorial and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine to the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine by Resolution No. 1028 dated 06 September 2024.

Just a short excursion into history:

1. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 09 December 2010 No. 1085/2010 ‘On Optimisation of the System of Central Executive Bodies’, the Ministry of Transport and Communications was reorganised into the Ministry of Infrastructure.
2. By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 2 December 2022 No. 1343 ‘Some Issues on Optimisation of the System of Central Executive Bodies’, the Ministry of Infrastructure was renamed the Ministry of Community, Territorial and Infrastructure Development.

As you know, in mathematics, the permutational law of addition states that the sum remains unchanged when the components are changed.

And what will happen when name of this ministry is changed again?
