Personnel changes at JSC ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by its Resolution No. 1016-r dated 18 October 2024 ‘Some Issues of the Management Board of Joint Stock Company “Ukrainian Railways” terminated the powers of the Chairman and members of the Management Board of Joint Stock Company “Ukrainian Railways” E.A. Lyashchenko, V.S. Krot, O.M. Logunov, A.O. Mishin, O.S. Pertsovsky, dismissing them from their positions in accordance with Article 36(1) of the Labour Code of Ukraine, and appointed O.S. Pertsovsky as Chairman of the Management Board of Joint Stock Company ‘Ukrainian Railways’ for a term of three years, and Y.A. Lyashchenko as a member of the Management Board of Joint Stock Company ‘Ukrainian Railways’ for a term until 31 March 2025 (until the end of the contract).

O.S. Pertsovskyi has been working at JSC ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’ since 2020. Until now, he held the position of a member of the Management Board and was responsible for the passenger direction.
