State Service of Geology and Subsoil Reorganizes Enterprises within Its Management

By Orders No. 84–86 dated February 27, 2026, the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine reorganizes, through transformation, the following enterprises:

• – State Geophysical Enterprise “Ukrgeophysics” (EDRPOU code 01432761) into a Limited Liability Company “Ukrgeophysics” (LLC “Ukrgeophysics”), 100% of whose shares (stakes) will be state-owned;
• – State Scientific and Production Enterprise “State Information Geological Fund of Ukraine” (EDRPOU code 01432859) into a Limited Liability Company “State Information Geological Fund of Ukraine” (LLC “Geoinform of Ukraine”), 100% of whose shares (stakes) will be state-owned;
• – State Enterprise “Ukrainian Geological Company” (EDRPOU code 38078094) into a Limited Liability Company “Ukrainian Geological Company” (LLC “UGC”), 100% of whose shares (stakes) will be state-owned.

This reorganization is carried out in accordance with Articles 104 and 106–108 of the Civil Code of Ukraine; Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Peculiarities of Regulation of Activities of Legal Entities of Certain Organizational and Legal Forms during the Transition Period and Associations of Legal Entities”; paragraph 1 of part one of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Management of State Property Objects”; and the Procedure for transforming a state enterprise into a joint-stock company or a limited liability company, 100% of whose shares (stakes) are state-owned, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1104 dated September 8, 2025.

For the purpose of carrying out the reorganization, a transformation commission and an inventory commission will be established at the enterprises.

Creditors may submit their claims within two months from the date of publication of the notice regarding the transformation of the legal entity.
