The funds usage procedure for the road development and maintenance in 2025 has been approved

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by its Resolution No. 174 of February 18, 2025, approved the Procedure for the Use of Funds Provided for in the State Budget for the Development of the Network and Maintenance of Public Roads in 2025.

The Government also approved the allocation of funds in the amount of UAH 12.6 billion provided for in the state budget for the relevant purposes (Annex 1).

In addition, this resolution approved

• a list of objects for new construction, reconstruction and overhaul of public roads of national importance (Annex 2);
• a list of facilities and measures for the development of border crossing points under the European Union’s Connecting Europe Facility /CEF/ program (Annex 3);
• a list of measures for the development, construction, repair, arrangement, modernization and maintenance of state border crossing points for road traffic (Annex 4).

The State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine is designated as the main budgetary entity and responsible executor of the budget program.
