The State Regulatory Service Has Prepared Draft Amendments to the Deregulation Action Plan for Business Activities

The State Regulatory Service of Ukraine has prepared a draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine entitled “On Amendments to the Action Plan for the Deregulation of Economic Activity and Improvement of the Business Climate.”

The draft has been developed with the aim of updating the deregulation action plan and supplementing it with new initiatives intended to reduce the regulatory burden on businesses.

In particular, the action plan covers a wide range of sectors of economic activity and provides for the review, repeal, or modernization of outdated and inefficient state regulatory instruments, as well as the improvement of administrative procedures for businesses.
