The State Regulatory Service Publishes the Results of the Review of Business Reporting

Within the framework of implementing the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023–2025, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine (SRS) conducted monitoring of amendments to legislative acts and other acts of public authorities aimed at optimizing the number and content of reports submitted by business entities.

The monitoring was carried out based on the analysis of information provided by central executive authorities in response to an official request from the SRS.

According to the monitoring results, it was identified that in 2025 a total of 86 reporting forms were subject to review (cancellation, repeal, or amendment), including, in particular:

• Form No. 1-Prices (Industry) “Report on Producer Prices of Industrial Products”;
• Form No. 1-Waste (Annual) “Waste Report”;
• Form No. 1-P (Monthly) “Report on Industrial Production by Type” (for legal entities);
• Report for ____ year on the implementation of the work program, which is an annex to the agreement on subsoil use conditions;
• Rent Payment Tax Declaration, among others.

The consolidated results of the monitoring are presented in the “Table of Results of the 2025 Monitoring of Amendments to Legislative Acts and Other Acts of Public Authorities Regarding the Optimization of the Number and Content of Reports Submitted by Business Entities,” published on the official website of the SRS in the information notice “Implementation of Measures of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023–2025 Regarding the Review of Business Reporting” dated 31 December 2025.
