The State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine Seeks to Resume State Supervision (Control) Activities

The State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine has developed a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amending the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 303 dated March 13, 2022”.
The draft proposes the resumption of both scheduled and unscheduled state supervision (control) measures to ensure compliance with legislation in the field of geological exploration and the rational use of subsoil within the territory of Ukraine under government control. These measures will apply to business entities classified as high-risk according to the risk assessment criteria approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
