When will information on industrial production by type be published?

Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, some enterprises, exercising the right granted by the Law of Ukraine No. 2115-IX of March 3, 2022 “On the Protection of the Interests of Entities Submitting Reports and Other Documents During Martial Law or a State of War,” did not submit statistical and financial reports. As a result, the state statistics authorities were unable to compile complete and objective statistical information.

On July 5, 2025, amendments to the above-mentioned Law entered into force. In particular, they stipulated that subparagraphs 1–4 of paragraph 1 do not apply to the submission of statistical and financial reports to the state statistics authorities (see paragraph 4 of part 2 of section II “Final Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine No. 4505-IX of June 18, 2025 “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine to Expand Patients’ Access to Medicinal Products Procured by an Entity Authorized to Conduct Procurement in the Field of Healthcare Through Managed Access Agreements”).

Accordingly, respondents who had previously not submitted reports were required to provide them to the state statistics authorities for the entire period of non-submission by October 5, 2025 (see also the information in the “News” section dated July 23, 2025).

In response to the Association’s inquiry regarding the publication of monthly statistical data on industrial production in Ukraine by type for 2025, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine reported that this information will be resumed, taking into account the time required for the statistical authorities to compile the relevant indicators.

From the Association: And how much time will that take? Probably a rhetorical question.
