In the Central Executive Authorities

● The State Labour Service of Ukraine, by Order No. 196-25a of 26 November 2025, approved the Annual Plan of State Supervision (Control) Measures for 2026.

● The State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine:

– by Order No. 432 of 27 November 2025, approved the Plan of Activities for the Preparation of Draft Regulatory Acts for 2026;
– by Order No. 433 of 28 November 2025, approved the Schedule of Measures for Monitoring the Effectiveness of Regulatory Acts for 2026.

From the Association

In accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity”, regulatory authorities must approve their plans for preparing draft regulatory acts for the following calendar year no later than 15 December of the current year, and publish them within ten days after approval.

Article 10 of the same Law establishes the procedure for monitoring the effectiveness of regulatory acts (conducting monitoring measures; preparing and publishing the monitoring report).
