The Association received a response from the relevant committee of the Ukrainian Parliament

As previously reported (see information in the News section for November 22, 2024). The Association appealed to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement with a request to additionally include the issue of amending Article 240 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in the Committee’s action plan for the current session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or in the Committee’s action plan for the next session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

In response to this request, the Association received a letter of response dated December 12, 2024, No. 04-27/12-2024/280233, which is attached below.
