The Association Received a Response from the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine

As previously reported (see the “News” section dated April 2, 2025), the Association once again submitted a letter to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine requesting that it appeal to the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine to publish and provide the authorized body with a report on the repeated performance tracking of the effectiveness of Order No. 441 issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine on June 22, 2022. This order concerns amendments to the Coefficients Applied to the Tariffs of the Freight Tariff Guide for Rail Freight Transportation within Ukraine and Related Services, as stipulated in Articles 10 and 26 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity.”

In response to this request, the Association received a letter from the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine dated April 29, 2025, No. 1882/20-25, which is attached hereto.

The Association will continue to monitor the handling of this matter by the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine.
